Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and have all protective tags intact. Items that have been worn or show signs of use will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized, made-to-order, and intimate products (e.g., lingerie, leather harnesses, cuffs, chokers, or any item that is in close contact with the skin)

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. To initiate a return, please email us at care.wildesire@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can address the problem. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to us at care.wildesire@gmail.com. We do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn or mishandled.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed and a credit issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after approval, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Processing times can vary. If you’ve completed all checks and still don’t have your refund, email us at care.wildesire@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping

Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Please remember, we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply when exchanging or returning items internationally.
